The hallway and bedroom carpets need replacing, there was mould in the bathroom, need bars in bath tub for older people to hold on to. Beds were clean and comfortable, room was warm, couldn’t open the balcony door to cool off the room. There was a small fan in the room that did little to cool the room. Room looked clean, in need of working plugins on lamps. Breakfast was good.

Carpet in the room could use replacing or a wash, every other day room maintenance would be better than every 3 days as is currently provided. Morning breakfast is definitely a bonus and great service. The staff was friendly and helpful. Overall exterior of the property could use a painting and some renovating to be more modern. It's a beautiful location being right across from beaches and ocean and walking paths.

Location is central. The grounds are very clean. The rooms are very dated. Showers, fixtures and lighting very dated. Shower curtains are way too long and shower tub was in very poor condition.
