We booked a room 2 months in advance of our arrival date and, upon check-in, we were assigned room #301 with a disabled wetroom ( neither of us are disabled!) with no shower screen, a high toilet, and a low wash basin. No mini fridge in the room. Hanging rail but no wardrobes. Room was clean but basic. Check-in staff were polite and helpful, and the buffet breakfast was good. Limited parking is available in the underground car park, but it cannot be reserved in advance, and is only available on a first-come-first-served basis (for an additional daily fee).

Check in was smooth, although question i asked waa not answered such as how much breakfast was. The walk to the room was long and areas were not well lit (room 445). The bathroom smelled awful and we needed to spray perfume. The bed was so comfortable and had a great night's sleep. Bathroom was sparkling. Twin room met our needs perfectly.
