Confusion from upgrades and rennovations led to their having to hunt down a different room twice to find what I booked, but it was resolved within an hour. Floor of bathroom had numerous dried paint droplets from renovation. No soap or shampoo provided of any kind. Bottoms of bathtubs had no grip to prevent falls. Otherwise clean and decent. Room had a fridge, freezer, microwave, and tv.
