The property has heaps of potential but needs some TLC and is not a 5 star rating as it will struggle to be a 4. The new manager ADI was very professional and handled our situation very well. I hope things turn around for the property and will definitely consider it on our next trip as it is conveniently located and villa rooms size was great.

Wonderful stay! We stayed for 8 nights in total, quick easy check in and out. Staff were always very helpful, accommodating and wanting to make our stay as best they could. Room was very clean, spacious, bed comfortable, seperate upstairs area, outside courtyard with plunge pool of our own which was always a cool temperature. Breakfast was included and excellent, Barista coffee was just like home. Will definitely stay again.

Wonderful and great location

Spent almost one week here and could not fault the place. Staff were very friendly and helpful, great facilities and lovely pool. Location was far enough away from any main road to ensure quiet but it was still only a short (10 min) slow walk away from Seminyak square. Cocktails do need a bit of work but everything else was perfect. Would happily stay here again.

Good but service needs to be better

Great hotel but let down by service. Everything from checkin to checkout was painful. Staff couldn't help with arranging transport, couldn't provide change when needed and were just looking at each other to assist when any question was asked. Its a shame given how wonderful the place is. Staff really need to up their game or lose customers to other competing hotels nearby.

Kayumas was exceptional!! From the moment I walked in I was greeted by friendly staff and saw the beautiful pool and sitting area. The hotel room was spacious and clean. It had so many wow factors such as the private plunge pool and the amazing touches like the lighting and the towel animals prepared by the hospitality staff. We attended a private cooking class with chef Ngurah and he showed us how to make a 5 course Balinese meal! We had the best time. Thank you everyone at Kayumas for looking after us. We will definitely stay here again next time in Bali!
