My family had an amazing time here! We stayed in a suite and it provided so much extra space for us, it was nice to be able to spread out a bit. This Great Wolf is in a great location as well, it's literally a two minute drive to the south entrance of the Mall of America. There are also restaurants and stores nearby, it was fairly easy to get around, even with the construction.

This vacation topped our family vacations so far. Everything was so fun and easy to do. Our room was perfect and clean. I loved how some things had different hours so we could feel like we were able to do things without missing out on others. I highly recommend family of all sizes and ages. Someone saw my wristband I hadn’t taken off yet and asked because she had been thinking but was traveling with young kids. My kids range from 5-16 and we all enjoyed it very much!

I thought this hotel was just a Waterpark. But its a magical land for kids! Magicquest was a fun surprise! Ropes course, arcade, mining for gems! Such a blast!!! My son and I had the BEST most memorable time there!! Thank you and someone was always cleaning!!

They people working were amazing. Our hotel room wasn’t the best. Toilet wouldn’t flush at times, the carpet could have been redone and it had seen it better days and then our hideaway bed was broken. The pool and game room wasn’t amazing.

Benny was incredibly welcoming at check-in and answered our questions as it was our first time visiting. Our kids loved the cabin option with the bunkbeds. Most impressive were the lifeguards and emergency response team when an adolescent needed immediate medical attention. My husband and I were incredibly impressed with the attentiveness of all the lifeguards all three days and in all areas in the water park; they were very well trained in response and proactive awareness. Our family is excited to return soon!

Staff is very helpful and respectful. Facility is clean, but super busy. The chorine concentration in the pool was definitely super high to easily cause chest tightness after 15 minutes in the pool area, not even swimming. The arcade area is very nice.

Great Wolf Lodge was so much fun! The kids had a great time and the staff was very friendly. Heads up though, the check in process was a torturous wait, with only two staff at the registration desk at 4pm for such a large property with a 4 pm check in. The self check in kiosks did not work for us, since we booked through Expedia. That left us quite stressed with a two year old screaming and wanting nothing more than to go swimming.

Read policies before agreeing and paying there is a parking fee of 22 dollars a night and they 100 dollars per night right away so it takes away from spending money also if you want housekeeping you have to ask not automatically dpne as one would think. Other than that the stay was great kids had a great time.
