Very well kept property. Lovely, clean room with good A.C. Very happy with our stay.

8/10 Very good

The room, the property grounds were pretty clean, and from what I could tell, well kept. Despite the staff at check-in being a bit stand-offish, not very people-oriented and declined to make accommodations for my disability I think my overall experience was pleasant, though I would recommend to the owners that reiterating or training staff to be more customer service oriented is very important for continued success in this type of industry.

The outside noise level was a bit loud and the internet TV was experiencing some issues, but the room itself was clean and comfortable. Not bad for the money!

I’ve stayed at quite a few hotels that have, let’s say, not 5 stars. I can only guess that a lot of bad reviews are from people hoping to get a discount or refund, or even maybe just trying to fit in with the “cool” kids. Let’s see, I have never slept on a hotel bed more comfortable than these. You could just sink right into the bed. The pillows were the softest ever. They had to be some type of real feathers. The room was very clean. It had everything you would need. I asked to check out at 12 and they were very nice and accommodating. Let’s stop giving some of these hotels such bad reviews just because you like to nitpick at every single little detail. Overall, I couldn’t have asked for anything else in a room. Many Thanks
