2/10 Poor

I expected SO much better from the Best Western brand. This hotel is extremely run down. Do not let the pictures fool you, it's filthy - the smells of cleaning hemicals trying to cover the smell fo neglect, mold and dirt in fridges, the bathroom was covered in mold and not a place I would bathe. This reminded me of a run down hotel on the side of the highway. We were horrified by how neglected this "Best Western" was. The staff were so friendly though! I couldn't have asked for more attentive staff - that they had! They are extremely short-staffed and doing all they can. Quite frankly, Best Western needs to offer assistance to bring it up to their standards because I will never stay in another BW again after this.

6/10 Good

SureStay Plus was not what I expected. It is decent if you are looking for a Motel. I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. On a positive note, the staff was courteous and friendly.

2/10 Poor

The first room we were given was dirty and there was no shower head. We switched rooms and that one wasn't much better either. The door handle on the inside of the room was broken, the room wasn't very clean, and the refrigerator was disgusting. It looked like something exploded in there and it was never wiped down. The staff was nice, I'll give them that.
