I expected SO much better from the Best Western brand. This hotel is extremely run down. Do not let the pictures fool you, it's filthy - the smells of cleaning hemicals trying to cover the smell fo neglect, mold and dirt in fridges, the bathroom was covered in mold and not a place I would bathe. This reminded me of a run down hotel on the side of the highway. We were horrified by how neglected this "Best Western" was. The staff were so friendly though! I couldn't have asked for more attentive staff - that they had! They are extremely short-staffed and doing all they can. Quite frankly, Best Western needs to offer assistance to bring it up to their standards because I will never stay in another BW again after this.

I was expecting a hotel with more upgraded facilities and a breakfast that included more than just Walmart-bought muffins and cereal, especially considering the price for the stay. The first room we were given was dirty and there was no shower head. We switched rooms and that one wasn't much better either. The door handle on the inside of the room was broken, the room wasn't very clean, and the refrigerator was disgusting. It looked like something exploded in there and it was never wiped down. The staff was nice, I'll give them that.

Very clean rooms with amazing ac units, vending machines with several options (accepting card or cash), well stocked and wonderful staff as well. Only downfall was other guests outside in the parking lot being a little loud but nothing extreme. Highly recommend and will definitely be coming back to this location!

Horrible hotel, the bathroom door had tape on it and would NOT close. The room smelled musty. The floor would turn your feet black. There was mold in the shower and rust all over the door frames. I had to clean out the drawers prior to putting our clothes in it. The free breakfast was a joke and hardly any options. The staff was friendly and bed were comfortable and that’s why I’m not giving it a worse review.
