Had a great stay at Sotetsu in Kyoto. The staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming, always helpful and made us feel comfortable throughout our stay. I also appreciated the thoughtful little extras like complimentary face masks and other small amenities that added a nice touch. The included breakfast was a big plus too — convenient and a great way to start the day. Overall, a comfortable stay with excellent hospitality and attention to detail.
