This is an old country motel that needs a lot of upgrades. If you won't be in the room much and just need a place to crash for a night or two, you can make it work. However, you will need to bring your own sheets and towels as well as lysol spray, clorox wipes and maybe even bug spray. The sheets and towels were very old. They seemed washed but had old stains on them that probably cannot wash out and should just be thrown away. One bed had hair under the covers that looked like dog hair so maybe the sheets hadn't been changed? The carpet is old and the furniture is so, so. There was a mini fridge and microwave in okay shape. I took all the comforters/blankets off. I used the bed sheets to cover the arm chair and office chair which were kind of old/dirty. I took my time with clorox wipes and wiped down and cleaned every surface in the room. Definitely got off a good amount of dirt. The bathroom/sink areas were pretty decent but there were bugs (earwigs?) that keep coming up. Maybe from the drains? I'm not sure. I got "clean" sheets/towels from the front desk but as I said before, they were definitely old. Thankfully I had brought my own pillow cases, blankets and washcloths. The lady at the desk wasn't mean but wasn't friendly either, just kind of neutral. When I was checking in, an angry woman ahead of me in line was getting a refund b/c she had been moved to 2 different rooms and both were dirty with dingy/dirty towels/sheets. For these conditions, it should cost to stay.
