I booked this place for my parents, and the staff were very communicative and helpful throughout the entire process. They provided my parents with everything they needed to make their stay comfortable. Although the hotel doesn’t offer an airport shuttle service, the staff kindly connected them with a reliable company that provided transportation. Their breakfast was also really good! Thank you, Cher Hotel & Spa, for creating such a nice memory for my parents during their stay!

My room was not clean. Pillow cases were dirty. Dust covered all the surfaces. But when I complained, they came and cleaned. They also changed the pillow cases. The worst part was the underground parking. It was very difficult to get in and out.
