Já fiquei no Master Cidade Baixa várias vezes e no geral gosto muito do hotel, sobretudo pela localização. Cidade Baixa é um ótimo bairro. Porém dessa última vez achei que o café da manhã estava muito abaixo do esperado. O hotel estava cheio e com isso faltou a maioria dos itens, o que fez vários hóspedes ficarem aguardando reposições de itens básicos que quase não foram repostos. A culpa não é dos funcionários da copa, que certamente estavam trabalhando incessantemente pra suprir. Mas o hotel deveria se preparar melhor conforme a demanda. Em dias de muitos hóspedes o recomendável é que se contrate funcionários extras e reforce o estoque de itens do café tbm.

Quando cheguei no quarto havia um bilhete de banheiro interditado, chamei o pessoal da recepção q foi super prestativo, o banheiro já tinha sido arrumado porém estava sujo, logo depois abri a geladeira onde para minha surpresa haviam 3 pratos sujos.
