After reading other reviews I was concerned with the cleanliness of the hotel. Upon arrival I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was friendly, the rooms were clean, there was hot breakfast and it was delicious. We had plenty of towels, the elevator ran smoothly and the ice machines worked. It was conveniently located. We highly recommend!

Staff was extremely kind and helpful- rooms were clean and all areas we saw were kept up. This trip we did not use the gym but opted to walk the neighborhood for our morning exercise- even the people we encountered in the neighborhood were kind. Had trouble charging devices due to loose outlets. Toilet seat was loose. Handke on faucet was loose. Exhaust fan in the bathroom didn't work. Breakfast was not hot and not stocked well. One of two coffeemakers was broke. My expectations for a Holiday Inn was not met. On a positive note, there were no cleaning or musty smells. Nice clean room.

First of all, I Loooooove how wonderful the staff was to me during my stay!!!! I really don’t remember their names, but all of the staff that I encountered were so friendly and helpful. The Breakfast was complimentary and delicious!!! My favorite items were turkey sausage which they had 11 of 12 days that I stayed. I also loved the biscuits, potatoes and cheese omelettes!!!! My sweet treat was their hot and sweet cinnamon rolls!!!! Yummmmmy! I also discovered that mixing the apple juice and passion fruit juice made a refreshing treat! I can’t forget the tasty yogurt! As I said, Everything was amazing!!! My room was so comfortable, I took pics and left them on google maps! I will definitely return very soon!!! I’ve visited many hotels, and I must say Holiday Inn and Suites is my top favorites!
