Very pleasant stay, really couldn’t complain about anything. Great location near 3 underground stops and several bus stops. Good selection for breakfast, numerous restaurants nearby and supermarket opposite hotel. The only issue I would mention is the pool was very cold, and not many places, 4 sun beds, to sit at rooftop bar.

Friendly staff, clean but ants and other issues

The hotel is clean, and the staff are friendly. However, only one lift is working; I found a few ants in the bathroom; the air con is controlled by reception, and you have to ask reception for the lock to the safe.
