Everything was wonderful! Perfect location, beautiful rooms and the breakfast room looks like a museum with an incredible breakfast buffet. The staff couldn't have been more helpful. I watched the sunset from the rooftop bar and listened to opera coming from the plaza below. Fantastic experience!

Loved our stay while in Florence. The hotel was super clean, quiet,and comfortable. Spectacular location for checking out charming trattorias, Uffuzi Gallery, the Duomo,and walking the splendid river walkways through Ponte Vecchio. Breakfast included was yummy /upscale service. I just returned from a week stay at the Hotel Orafi. The location is perfect. The rooms are clean and attended to consistently. Breakfast is a beautiful and delicious experience. The rooftop bar is simply wonderful. The staff could not have been more helpful and friendly. I hated to leave! I will be back. Thank you for having me!

The hotel was everything I imagined. Anna at the front desk was amazing as was as all the staff but Anna went above and beyond to assist us! My son’s girlfriend lost her iPhone and she was very helpful in guiding us when we found it thru find a phone She made excellent recommendations for dinner as well. Location was fabulous as well! Would definitely stay again when back in Florence

The location of this hotel is superb, right on the Arno. We were pleasantly surprised to find that we had been upgraded to a suite at no extra charge. We enjoyed the views from the rooftop bar.
