It is a lovely beachfront, well located, well maintained property. It’s not very large, so everything is close and easy to reach. Despite being completely packed due to the New Year season, I generally felt well attended throughout the stay.
Overall, the service is good, especially from the bar staff and during dinners. The food quality at lunch and dinner is very good and high-end, and the cocktails are generally well prepared. The breakfast buffet, however, is quite limited, with few options available.
That said, we did have a couple of negative experiences with staff. One waiter was very rude: when we asked which seats were available, he got upset and said he didn’t know and that it was not his job. He told me to go back to the restaurant reception to ask, even though there was no one there and the place had plenty of empty seats. On another occasion, when I asked for a towel at the only towel station for the pool in the entire hotel, the staff member refused to give one to my companion and insisted that she had to come in person, even though she was at the opposite end of the resort.
Despite these isolated issues, the overall experience was positive.
