8/10 Very good

My stay was a bit chaotic because of renovations happening but honestly this place beat my expectations. You get what you pay for with a cheap place, but the room was immaculate. The cleaning staff really cares about their job and honestly deserve a raise. The staff at the hotel was so nice and helpful. The breakfast was lacking but IHOP was practically next door so I wasn't too worried about that. All in all, I would definitely stay here again and look forward to seeing the renovations once completed.

2/10 Poor

There was rat poop in the bed and roaches in the first room. Me and my mom had to get them to switch the rooms which ended up being much better. Still wiped it down with disinfectant wipes and spray and made sure to bring my own covers. Staff was very helpful and accommodated us.

Facility in disrepair. Room floor wet with literal puddles. Staff were nice.

6/10 Good

Front desk staff were wonderful and the most friendly I've ever experienced! Smelled clean and wasn't to cover up odors, really was clean. The place is old and could use some serious upgrades but overall a good stay. Comfortable bed. Wonderfully hot shower.

The room was a good size. It is not updated, but not expected for the price. Tub/ shower not clean and bedding not clean. TV still has real channels not just roku which i liked.

Nicky was a big help. Wish other staff who said they'd get me a chair for my room were as accommodating.

Horrible service

Cheap. Room wasn't that bad , they failed to refund me for three days that i didn't use as I left earlier than expected.

6/10 Good

The whole place needs an update. The rooms were extremely musty, the floor in one of the room had a whole when you stepped on it you sank down. Paint was on the carpet. There was no vending machines. The location was convenient for us.

10/10 Exceptional

Always like to stay here when visiting my daughter's family. Staff is friendly though some more helpful than others. Facilities are old and could benefit from update but it's always clean. Would have preferred not risking a fall in the parking lot due to the ice that wasn't cleared away from the recent storms. Dreading packing my car for the same reason when I check out since another one storm came through (the reason I stayed) and nothing was plowed or cleared.
