The staff was very kind to my disabled grandkids. The family suite was so spacious that the kids (3, 4 and 7) had plenty of room; and allowed them to relax; we could have never stayed in a regular sized room. We will only return to Billings when this room is available. The breakfast was great. The staff were very accommodating.

This was an unexpectedly good stay. Just 10 minutes from downtown Billings and convenient to the highway, it’s quiet and efficient. I have to call out the front desk staff for their truly excellent customer service, cheerfulness, and dedication. They made the experience much more special.
