Beautiful hotel, and one of the best in Lagos. A very good value for your money… staff were very nice and helpful. We (my Husband and I) enjoyed our stay throughout. The room was very big, the living room was perfect too. The bathroom is so lovely… generally feels so homely. I would book again when next I visit Nigeria. To top it all, a very clean hotel.

The Apartment was very clean and was always smelling fresh. God Touch has earned it's name, because it truly smells like heaven.

This hotel is my go to whenever I frequent Lagos!!!! The staff is good. The food is great and the beds sleep wonderful. Water is hot small deif inside every room. Caution of the two properties in this area, this is the only one that has an elevator. Great place and not expensive at all

The room is big, comfortable, and cozy. The staff members are courteous and focused on their assigned tasks. The free breakfast is sumptuous with different meals and snacks to spice up each day. The only con is that the standard room does not have a waste bin for throwing waste, instead of going to the washroom to do that. Overall, I will give the hotel 8 out of 10 for hospitality and efficient service.

I really liked this hotel and plan to make it my go to when ever I'm in town. The staff is courteous and helpful. The room was super clean which is my number one thing for any hotel. The bed was comfortable with clean white sheets. I took off a star because the pillows had a smell and this stems from not having a protective cover before the pillow cover. Protective covers keep pillows fresh longer and prevent guests hair oil and liquids from seeping into the pillow filling and causing smells. I hope the manager can take note and make this simple upgrade. Other than that, everything was top notch. Hallways smelled clean and fresh, staff helpful, great quiet location. Easy access to transportation. The breakfast menu was fresh, the food was good. I did not get to use the pool this time but I plan to return to this hotel. I highly recommend.

Icon several times and the food was not available when ordering very limited food nothing available that was on the menu. Also had to go to on hotel next door because they didn't have coffee espresso particularly in the morning to drink fool was not all that great beds were really hard but overall room was clean it was an okay area it was up and coming a lot of construction

It was a good stay, serve its purpose.. I don’t like the water pressure I got soak each time I opened the tap but I enjoyed the room air condition. I was not around much to utilise available facilities hence cannot comment.

Very good quality, not so great staff

The hotel is well designed and in good condition for the price you pay. Rooms are modern and everything works the way it's supposed to. Every staff members pretend to be very polite and friendly but it's obvious fake attitude. Once you need something it's always done in an instant I need to give them credit for that. But at same time the hospitality on their part require alot of improvement. You as a guest sometimes feel less important than some people working there. They tell you how you should behave (sitting in the waiting room) what you should and should not do in restaurant. They tell you not to use this plates or that cup for no apparent reason, it makes you feel uncomfortable because when u are trying to enjoy yourself during the stay and they try to boss you around it's just killing the vibe. I've been in many hotels before and the golden standard is that "guest is always right". In this hotel you aren't witch is very sad because it's ruining the entire experience witch is very positive otherwise. The food itself is very high standard, it's tasty and done from scratch I'll give them 5* for this. Breakfast buffet might be hit and miss sometimes as food gets really repetitive. And certain products disappear very quickly and takes long to replenish even upon requesing it from staff - witch should not be happening at all. I think that the issue of this hotel is hiring incompetent/lazy staff that make them look bad even tho the whole experience is very positive
