Hotel location is excellent. AC worked good. Beds were good. The first night our neighbor decided to have a party outside his room from 1 am to 4 am until the hotel staff told him to keep it down. I appreciate the staff did that because I did not want to confront him. I would stay again in this hotel.

The room appeared to be clean but the floor was still wet when we got there and I used a towel to wipe up some of the floor and it was dirty when I was done. Also, there was an odor to the room. Otherwise, no problems. The location is excellent and overall the rest of the room was clean. For the money vs other motels in the area it is a good value overall.
