Extremely friendly staff and clean hotel. Rooms were large and well maintained. Bed was comfy! Quiet and very relaxing atmosphere. I loved their daily coffee/tea service in the morning and afternoon refreshments. Only downside to the visit was the pool was closed for the winter when we visited in October.

We come here for the excellent staff and the location. Hotel is aging but eccentric and fun. Service here best out of all three Texas ZaZa locations even though the other locations offer newer amenities that justify the cost. Fun bar area.

My car was properly secure. The only real complaint that we have is the mattress needs updating. It sags pretty bad and you can feel and hear the springs.
