Loved our stay. This hotel is within walking distance to every single thing in Downtown Solvang, but quietly located at the edge of town. Staff went above and beyond to be helpful and kind. We will stay here every time I return to Solvang from here on out. I would recommend a shuttle to the casino...

6/10 Good

Overall, the hotel was clean, well maintained and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint were the pillows. They were much too bulky and we had a hard time getting comfortable. We explained to the front desk person about the pillows and asked to have them replaced only to receive a set of identical pillows. We had to ask again for better pillows, but were never satisfied with what we received.

The property is wonderful. Great for teen kids and adults alike. The lounge area is well designed and the atmosphere is spot on. I appreciated the open feel and the variety of entertainment provided. The room was spacious and clean. Strange to have the AC in the restroom and not the main rooms, but otherwise a lovely stay.
