Overall, the hotel was clean, well maintained and convenient. The staff were friendly and accommodating. Our only complaint were the pillows. They were much too bulky and we had a hard time getting comfortable. We explained to the front desk person about the pillows and asked to have them replaced only to receive a set of identical pillows. We had to ask again for better pillows, but were never satisfied with what we received.
