From check-in to check-out, every interaction was positive, and they were always ready to help with a smile. ​The cleanliness of the room was another major plus. It was spotless and well-maintained, which I really appreciate when I'm traveling. It's clear they have high standards for housekeeping. ​The breakfast was decent, but nothing special. It covered the basics you'd expect, but I'd call it average. It gets the job done, but don't expect a gourmet experience. ​The one area that could really use some attention is the furniture. The furnishings in my room felt a bit dated and showed some wear and tear. An upgrade to more modern and fresh furniture would significantly elevate the overall experience and match the high quality of the service and cleanliness. ​In short, I'd recommend this hotel for its fantastic staff and clean environment. Just be prepared for a simple breakfast and slightly older room decor.

Terrible stay. The staff were subpar. The jacuzzi was out of order, the pool extremely cold. The rooms out of date, extremely old and in need of renovation. The room door has a 1inch thick opening on the bottom. The bed was the worst of all, it’s a very very old spring bed. We could not sleep through the night. We kept waking up in pain and we couldn’t even stay the second night. We left at 2am. The rooms also have no sound proofing so we can hear the people in the hall, people outside, all the cars, everything. One of the worst stays we have ever had.

The hotel has a good value for money since also the rich buffet breakfast is included in the rates. Laundry is possible, including air dryers. Rooms are large and equipped with fridge and microwave. Staff is nice and helpful. Restaurants nearby, at walking distance. I will go again.
