Arrived approx 4:00, took several minutes to have gentleman come to front desk. He called down to us to wait a few minutes! I had a husband not feeling well, and I wanted to get him to room asap…I explained that to employee, still took him a bit of time to come downstairs to front desk. Breakfast was nice Price was good Elevator was filthy, but room was clean.

There was food in the refrigerator when we got there and some white cream under the clock radio. The Manager was quick to come to our room and clean it up. The worse part was that the food we put in the refrigerator froze! Otherwise, the breakfast buffet was typical/fine. Shower worked ok.

Room Service was offered but never actually received. I requested room to be cleaned (or at least beds made up). That wasn’t done because there wasn’t enough staff. Also, stingy with towel service. Didn’t get another shower mat…Had to step out on bare floor… However, the breakfast was good.

I used to live in the area so I was already familiar with the location and everything around which is partly why I chose it. I had a busy schedule and couldn’t take advantage of the free breakfast so I can’t comment on that and the pool was closed for some reason so I also can’t review that. Staff was friendly and place was generally clean. I had a king suite and for only $120 a night you really can’t beat that.
