This hotel needs a complete remodel. It is atrocious. The bathroom was grossly unclean (shower was filthy), the entire hotel smells like an old restaurant, the towels were old and dingy, the bed was uncomfortable and vents are full of dust. I should’ve known that the room would be gross when I saw how dirty the elevator was. However, the lady at the front desk was very nice.

The property is clean, the rooms were clean and comfortable. Really my only complaint is the refrigerator was not working or not plugged in. It would’ve been nice to put my leftovers in it to have the next day.

The check in was very good. The room was disappointing. The closest had used sheets and dirty blanket stuffed into it. No ice bucket and the floor needed to be vacuumed. Thankfully the beds were clean and there was clean towels in the bathroom.
