Great location. Beautiful clean rooms. Great breakfast. Staff was so helpful as my travel kept changing. I have stayed here many times over the years and it’s always lovely.

Room was lovely, staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good but staff were not replenishing that quickly so items were running out

The staff was exceptional and always willing to help with questions or tips for our day. The room was great and I loved the spacious bathroom. We included breakfast with our room and was very pleased with the offerings. My only comment is the elevator only holds 2 people so it is tight if both people have a piece of luggage. Also, the elevator does not go to the bottom floor so you will have to carry your luggage up and down a circular staircase. Someone is always at the reservation desk so they offered to carry our bags downstairs, which was great. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the Centre of Florence and is within an easy walk to the tram that we took to and from the airport. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Friendly staff that were very helpful. Small hotel within walking distance to everything I wanted to see and do. Ten minute walk to the train station (and tram to the airport). Overall, I would gladly stay again.

Room lovely, equipped with all the essentials. Washroom lovely. Breakfast on the basic side. But otherwise location ideal, property clean and adequate.

Location good. Room small. Bathroom ok. There was a kettle in the room which was a pleasant surprise. No recycling options. Breakfast disappointing with limited options and empty baskets. A few slices of white bread and one lonely croissant. Positives; good location for city centre, short walk to the Duomo.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Rooms are a good size. Well situated . Shower is small. Lots of stairs.

Location near the Duomo and the piazza. The only frustrating thing about the room is you have to use the room key for power, meaning you cannot charge anything (like a phone or computer) unless you’re in the room. Breakfast fare was a nice variety and the gal running the breakfast room was delightful!

The staff was beyond helpful with helping us carry the strollers for both our babies up and down the staircases every time we entered the hotel despite the lobby being on a separate floor from the entrance. Our room had a classic feel but was well maintained and the bathrooms were recently renovated.

2/10 Poor

The hotel is certainly far below rating level. Breakfast was poor, the room old and not very clean. I can’t recommend the place.
