The hotel was excellent value for money. The staff were friendly and very helpful. The rooms are dated. We had a freezer in our room and not a fridge, which I do not understand this reasoning. The aircon was very noisy and had frozen up. There was only 1 blanket in the room, which made for a cold night and only 2 flat pillows on the bed.

Good location with a short drive to Dandenong, shops and restaurants. The room is due for some renovations and repairs. TV had a faulty wall plug, so I could only access a couple of channels with a bad reception. Toilet seat wouldn’t stay up. Bedside lamps wouldn’t work and the room was very dirty. Dust everywhere, rubbish under the bed and cigarette buts on the balcony. I do have to say, the price is pretty reasonable at $100 per night.

The place was nice and quiet which was nice however there were some safety and comfort concerns. There were no fire extinguishers in the room and none of the appliances have had their electrical test and tag done since 2016. The air conditioning also did not work and when I reported it to the staff nothing was done to fix it.
