The premier room had a spectacular view and wonderful balcony. The staff was all very professional and helpful. The breakfast was delicious! Exceptionally good hotel with impeccable service. Clean and stylish throughout. The hotel is located right in the center of the village, close to everything. You can walk to the ski lift, but there is also a convenient shuttle that picks you up and drops you off directly on request, without any waiting. A big plus is that it’s family-friendly without feeling like a typical noisy family hotel. If you’re traveling with children, this is definitely the right hotel for you as well.

Whilst we appreciate the “high touch” service of the hotel staff upon checkin, it would enhance the experience if the level of interaction with the staff could be tailored and chosen by guest as part of the booking request For example, we had been travelling extensively prior to our stay, and at checkin, we just wanted to get to our room to relax - so whilst the hotel staff were great with our luggage and the reception took us walked us to our room and showed us the features to our room, we really just wanted to rest, but felt impolite to decline.
