Everything was perfect , linen and towels were worn and old . Location excellent!!!! Water heater , micro mini fridge made our stay more comfortable Front desk super nice, let our luggage (2 cary on) live there for a whole week until we came back from the Iguassu falls I was very surprised and happy for it😃 because airline did not let carry it😔 ( Smart Jet)

Renovated modern room with lots of lightings in the room. Bathroom is functional but very small, no space to turnaround. AC strong and looks to be newly installed. The downside is that there is no duvet cover/blanket, only an extremely thin bed sheet. There was an old blood stain on the mattress that was clearly visible due to the thin bedsheet - that was a complete put off.

This modern clean property is the perfect base from which to explore Buenos Aires - everything is within walking distance. Even though they do not offer breakfast there is a convenient 'eating area' with microwave, kettle, coffee machine with all day free coffee which all is great. The best thing about the place though are the super helpful reception staff - they are amazing - special shout out to Valentine!! Thank-you to you all - you are what makes this place a great experience!

The location is unbeatable, just steps from the Congress Palace and a short walk to iconic spots like Palacio Barolo and Café Tortoni. The room was modern, spotlessly clean, and equipped with everything I needed—comfortable bed, Smart TV, and reliable WiFi. The staff were incredibly friendly and went above and beyond to assist with local recommendations and quick check-in. The complimentary coffee was a nice touch, and the jacuzzi in my premium room was perfect for unwinding. Great value for money and a prime spot for exploring the city. I’d definitely return!
