Not the best but you get what you pay for.
You can tell the room was recently renovated and the room itself was nice for the price. However, you can hear EVERYTHING from people stomping up the stairs to conversations as they walk pass your room to doors opening and closing. I had to get the front desk to re-program my room key 3 different times during my 2 day stay because the room key would not work. The pool door was frozen shut (not the fault of the hotel since it is an outside building). The hot breakfast is only pancakes. Other breakfast options were cereal (fruit loops or frosted flakes), instant oatmeal packets, toast, ego waffles, fruit (oranges or bananas), juice (apple or orange) and coffee. Stayed with my 8 year old daughter to visit the North Pole Experience. We will not be staying here next year when we come back to Flagstaff.

Updated, no frills - worth the cost
Well worth the cost with rooms recently updated. Microwave and refrigerator in room. Comfy and clean, no frills.

Good Stay in a Snow Storm
The room was comfortable. We were there 3 days in a snow storm, so the fridge and microwave were wonderful. The room was warm and good tv with cable service.

Great Stay for NAU HOMECOMING WEEKEND
The beds were a bit on the hard side and the carpet in the room needed shampooing. Other than that everything was fine. Nice breakfast
