Check in was very disorganized- no one was at the desk and it took quite a while for them to answer the phone it said to call. Keycards where all over the desk in there envelopes with room numbers written on them- I did not think this was very safe. The pool was nice to have but we had a large group and felt like other guests did not use it because of how small it was. One of our rooms kept having toilet clogging problems and it was annoying to have to repeatedly go to the desk to have it fixed. Not a lot of staff so it always felt like you were bothering someone

Staff was friendly. Hotel was just barely surface clean. Carpet felt thick and dirty. The room smelled bad. I woke up with bugs on my shirt. After peeling back the fitted sheet there was dirt and crumbs underneath. AC barely worked. I was scared to see what was for breakfast. Definitely not worth the price.

The room smelled of mold and rainny socks. We asked if there was a different room that didn't smell of mold and was told NO. The breakfast there wasn't enough food for all guests. When asked if more muffins could be brought out, I was told NO they are frozen and they couldn't unfreeze them. Each time we asked if more hashbrowns/tator tots, sausage could be brought not, we were told NO. Our room wasn't cleaned about the first day. Osha or health department should come in there about the mold.

Room was musty smelling. Bathroom didn’t have any air circulation so it was always damp. Constant blinking light on smoke detector was distracting at night. Staff was friendly but seemed short staffed as there was rarely someone at the front desk.

Was not clean at all — the bedding had hair and stains on it, and there were thick cobwebs and dirt around the bottom of the bed headboards.

Security cameras at the side entrance was not working and at an entrance that wasn’t even locked. Stained sheets. A tornado came through and staff didn’t have any information on sheltering in place.

Building needs a lot of repair and was short staffed - sign at front desk to call for assistance. Breakfast hot bar was not at appropriate temps. No one could connect to wifi. Parking lot is crumbling and full of potholes

The room appeared clean, there was some staining on the air conditioning unit, the vent cover was missing in the bathroom and you could clearly hear other guests through it, unnerving. The toilet paper holder insert was loose. Cracks where the wall met the ceiling. Breakfast tables had the same syrup rings as the day before so this custome went in their supply room got a spray bottle, rag & cleaned it. Our 2nd morning the waffles had a vinegar flavor which is not natural. Hotels.com would not allow an additional night, called the property & the price they quoted was not what was charged to my card. This room was next to an ice machine w broken tiles and crime scene tape surrounding the machine. The guest in front of us complained that someone entered his room in the middle of the night. Disappointed with this option.

The room smelled terrible when we walked in. We had to prop the door open and open the window for a couple hours to air it out. The sheets, blankets and pillows had several stains on them. My daughter called to ask for more sheets and the attendant told her they are clean and she again told him they have stains. If they are clean then they need thrown away because they look disgusting. Someone did end up bring us different sheets and one of those had stains. The bathroom needs remodeled, the ceiling looked bad and the tile floor was in rough shape the grout looked like years of nastyness was ground in. I wouldn't even walk on the floor barefoot until I put a towel down to walk on. The breakfast, we got there about 8:50ish and there were no eggs or tater tots and only one waffle maker. With six people in line at 2.5 minutes for each waffle it wasn't worth it. We didn't even bother going the next morning
