The Staff that were at the Executive Hour (Ivy and Micha) were great. Breakfast is a real plus with multiple options and fresh. The one downside was the Lifts as they were undergoing an up grade but at least they had an alternate option. I would stay here again

Hotel a bit dated and in need of a an uplift. Currently in the process of improving the lifts. Unfortunately of 4 lifts only 1 was operational. It was a few minutes walk to three shopping centres which offered a great choice of places to shop, eat and browse. My room was well maintained, clean and very comfortable.
