Came here for Easter and it was perfect. Close to Fira where all the establishments are, but not so close that it’ll be noisy to sleep. Each room had a wonderful view, will definitely stay here again!

Our honeymoon stay at this hotel in Fira was truly unforgettable. Located at the highest point of Fira, the views are absolutely breathtaking, especially from the terrace, where you can enjoy panoramic views of the surrounding towns. We arrived before the usual check-in time, and Niko kindly arranged an early check-in, which was greatly appreciated after travelling. He was a wonderful host, providing helpful advice about cruises and things to do around Santorini. Kiria was also incredibly kind and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel arranged airport transfers for €30, which we found very reasonable. Our room was beautiful, with a lovely jacuzzi and a unique round window between the bathroom and bedroom that added a romantic touch. Housekeeping was excellent, with fresh towels, regular cleaning, and a beautifully made bed every time we returned. We were also lucky enough to be staying during the Ifestia fireworks festival. Thanks to the hotel's elevated location, we had an incredible view of the fireworks, making our honeymoon even more special. Breakfast was €13 per person and delivered directly to our room between 8:00 and 10:00 AM, which was very convenient. Although our room was near reception, it was surprisingly quiet. The hotel is around a 10-minute walk from Fira centre, with beautiful views along the way. Niko also arranged our taxi back to the airport, making our departure stress-free. Overall, we couldn't have asked for a better honeymoon.

The location was fantastic, right in the heart of Firostefani and within walking distance of many popular attractions. My room, was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a great view of the caldera. The staff were generally friendly and helpful, especially the front desk staff who were very welcoming.

Terrible experience in travel!

Our room (panoramic view room) has a wonderful sea view! Hotel location is good. Daily cleaning service is great. The in-room breakfast is also a positive experience! However, on our check out day, we had a terrible experience with the hotel’s taxi booking service, which almost made us missed our early morning flight! And we were left helplessly outside of the hotel as the time of our flight getting closer, desperately trying to find an alternative on our own. We miserably carried our luggage by foot in the early morning, hundreds of meters down to the streets to find the nearest help. I am 78 years old! It was one of the worst experiences in travel!

So so stay

My wife and I were excited to stay here when we booked. The hotel front desk guy was very nice and informative. Then after that we were disappointed with the room as we thought that it would be a bit bigger and the bathroom was very tiny. The window in the bathroom couldn't close well so the wind had opened a few times on the first night. The breakfast was disappointing and the same each morning. The hard-boiled eggs were terrible. The view was absolutely beautiful though... So I guess good and bad. But for the price that I paid, I rather have went somewhere with no view and took the extra 100+ euros and had a nice breakfast and dinner... Additionally, our room was 3B and the WiFi reception was terrible. We had to be close to the entrance of our room to get signal and the speed was very slow. The little hot tub or whatever on the roof isn't hot, doesn't work, just a cold little pool that I tried to use but couldn't.

Excelente localização, 10 minutos caminhando até o centro e estação de ônibus. No terraço você pode admirar o melhor pôr do sol da ilha. Lá também você pode aproveitar para tomar o café da manhã com uma vista espetacular. O quarto com jacuzzi é excelente para você relaxar após um dia de muita caminhada. Nikos super atencioso, providenciou nossos transfers e nos auxiliou quando tivemos nosso ferry cancelado. A equipe do hotel é super atenciosas.
