Beautiful room, comfy bed, nice toiletries, quick and easy check in.

Did not like the parking cost for a suburban hotel. No room service. Bar Louie had good food. Maid service was not stellar- expected more for room cost.

Very nice hotel in a central location.

8/10 Very good

This hotel is beautifully maintained and easy to access. Parking is free and ample. The lobby is grand and well appointed. Staff were friendly and professional. The only reason I give 4 stars and not 5 is because of the beds. Mattresses are not great; hard and dimpled. Ours seemed like it was time to replace it. Pillows were also very flat. Woke up with a backache.

8/10 Very good

The room was very clean and spacious with modern updated furniture. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast was a buffet style that offered, home-style potatoes, chicken sausage, pork sausage, eggs, pancakes, bread, fruit, yogurt, juices, coffee, tea, etc. The restaurant wait-staff were very friendly. Overall, I had a very good experience at the hotel.

10/10 Exceptional

Great location and wonderful staff. They have started charging $15 a night for parking, which was a surprise. It’s in the suburbs and has a huge parking lot that I have never seen full. We have stayed here a few times and this is a new, and I think unnecessary, fee.

10/10 Exceptional

Staff in the bar, was very helpful and kind in the breakfast time. The room was clean. This time the shower and bathtub faucet were working at the same time, so the bathtub wasn’t draining smoothly. Missing bottles of water in the room.

This was a very nice hotel that I enjoyed staying at and was in a great location, BUT the fact that their very average breakfast buffet is 28 dollars soured a lot of the experience.
