2/10 Poor

The pluses were the airport shuttle, and the staff customer service was very good. Downside was our room. The Bathroom floor was sticky. The toilet would run and the shower would go down to a trickle when turned off, but not shut off completely. Bed was hard with rough sheets and the walls were very thin. I would suggest wearing earplugs and an eye mask to try to get any sleep but the bed is still uncomfortable.

I loved the pancake machine! Everything was great, including the prompt availability of the shuttle to and from the airport.

This hotel is very close to the airport so we stayed for one night before an early flight. Staff was friendly and helpful since we checked in at midnight and left before 5am. Hotel had standard amenities.

Great staff. Accommodated my needs. Found a black hair in the bed. Tub could be cleaned better. No elevator. Basic continental breakfast. Not bad for a place to sleep and shower.

The staff was great, and got right to work on a couple of issues that we had during our stay. The breakfast was not so great, as pancakes was the only option, other than yogurt. Parking was plentiful. Super close to airport.

Very nice stay - quiet location, used the shuttle from and to the airport. We arrived at midnight and the lady checked us in with the smile, very welcoming, was very nice to see she cared. Breakfast basic, good yogurts, the pancakes are very good, but machine is very slow. I would stay again for sure and recommend it to everybody.

They had this cool little pancake maker in the breakfast room. Like a conveyor belt for pancakes! We loved it. We were only staying for an overnight layover so it was great with free shuttle pick up and drop off!

The property definitely needs updating. The rooms are old and outdated. Our bathroom door had 2 big holes in it. The security lock on our door is broke off. Was actually very disappointed. The lady that was checking in at the front desk was very nice and helpful

Very kind staff, wonderful price for the stay, lovely breakfast of hot cereal, bananas, pancakes and syrup, and yogurt, coffee and Tea 5-9a.m. Jawfish and Elmers Restaurants an easy walk away. It's an old motel with plenty of more life just like 80 year old me. Public bus right at the end of the driveway and Airport Shuttle!

8/10 Very good

I spent one night to be close to the airport for a very early flight the next morning. The hotel was clean and we'll maintained. The room was clean and comfortable. My only complaints were the airplane noises all night and the horrible traffic getting to the hotel. Of course those things had nothing to do with the hotel. And airport noises were to be expected. But the hotel was a nice place to spend a night if you want to be close to the airport.

Convenient PDX airport location. Room nicely decorated with Portland images on backboards, cozy, free parking, limited breakfast, great value for property.

Room was clean. No rooms are on the same level as revelation and no elevator! Half a flight down to floor one(like a garden apartment), half a flight up to floor two, then a walk down a hallway and a full flight up to get to floor three. Strangely, there was a handicapped room on floor three but not sure how a disabled person could get there??? Best feature, convenient to the airport
