The pool was really cold and the hot tub was a little cool, but usable atleast. The room was spacious enough but the beds were to hard. The breakfast was the worst ive ever seen in a hotel breakfast. For the price I'd definitely expect better.

This is an older Super 8. Exterior and landscaping is nice. The staff is friendly and attentive. However, the hall way down to my room and the room itself suffered from a heavy smell of dog/mustiness. The carpets are old and should be changed out. It could just be that they have not got to it yet. I always judge my stays by whether I would stay there again. In this case, despite the convenient location, I would look elsewhere.

No elevator and there is a funny little maze to get to the upper floors but it was not really an issue. Bed was terrible. Possibly the most wiggly, bouncy mattress I’ve ever slept on. Rolling over like being on a waterbed. Staff was helpful and property seemed to be maintained. Would not stay again due to the mattress.

For a budget hotel, this property was well cared for and had shown signs of some recent upgrades. My expectations are pretty low at a Super 8 motel, and while the bed comfort and bed linen quality could certainly be improved, overall it was a comfortable stay. The shower curtain was surprisingly free of mildew smell and there were adequate outlets and good lighting. Once they upgrade from old carpeting and stained linoleum, it will make a big difference.

This last weekend was the second time we stayed at this Super 8. You get all the amenities of a 4 star such as pool, hot tub and complimentary continental breakfast but it costs about a $100 less a night than most of its competitors in the area. Rooms have microwaves and fridges. Fred Meyer is next door if you’re needing anything. The service is responsive and friendly. The tv is basic without cable but that’s not why we were there. If you’re into exploring the surrounding Bend area (Smith Rock, Lava River Cave, and the High Desert Museum) without spending a fortune this is your best option.

Great staff, requested non smoking room, it was a smoking room, room was cleam but smelled terrible, pool and hot tub was great, breakfast was not good at all, no orange juice in machine, no pancake batter in machine, everything else was ok. Things could have been better. Location was good for us, rate was good as well.
