Hotel was in an excellent central location. Just a few minutes from spittelmarkt U-Bahn and around 12-15 mins walk to museum island and alexanderplatz. We were a family of 4 staying in one room and the room was a really good size. Staff were extremely helpful, rooms clean. There was a bottle of still water, sparkling water, apple juice and sweets for the kids when we arrived. Would definitely recommend.

- Staff was great and helpful. - Bedding and the furniture in rooms need some upgrade for sure. - The “gym” has only one Frankenstein machine and up to 10 kg of dumbbells and is pretty much like a dungeon :)

8/10 Very good

The receptionist were good, room cleaning was great, the room are decent but very basic. Amenities from Rituals were really nice. If breakfast is included great but if you have to pay (25 euros) is not worthy: extremely dry scrambled eggs every day. There are some bakeries on a walk distance. Excellent location, walking distance from TV Tower, Museums Island and there is metro station very close by: Spittelmarket

Our room was cleaned every day, which we really appreciated. We would also like to thank the staff, as they were very kind to us and gave us a very warm welcome. They even offered a plush toy that our baby can’t live without now. I highly recommend this place.
