The hotel itself is nice and close to downtown. The staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and spacious. It’s what I would expect for a hotel in this price range. The room did have free HBO max which was awesome. Skip the breakfast. It’s not worth the 20/person. I’ve had free hotel breakfasts that were much better. Go somewhere local in Tulsa if you can, there are lots of great options. They had signs everywhere about the stupid free cookie, but we were never offered one. Not a big deal, but annoying. Parking was confusing, I wasn’t sure if it was billed to us or if we’re supposed to pay at the gate. Overall it was a good stay, and offered convenient access to Octoberfest.

I can say enough about how welcoming & helpful the staff was. I will most definitely be staying there again when I come to town!

6/10 Good

Our shower faucet was loose from the tub so shower pressure was poor. The elevator from the parking garage was non-functioning for our stay. Very painful walking up and down stairs with bad knees. Would have loved a Continental breakfast for the price. Very good location for the concert! Rooms were nice and clean.

10/10 Exceptional

Our stay was great! The room was clean, we checked-in late with no problems, there were options for late-night snacks and I was surprised how quiet it was. The following morning, the lobby was lively with a conference and the location felt safe (which was only a slight concern because we were unfamiliar with the city.) The staff that we communicated was friendly and welcoming.

Came to Tulsa for Juneteenth and to visit the Greenwood Memorial.- location was perfect. We found the hotel to be very well maintained. Staff was amazing and very accommodating. Our room was clean. King bed comfortable and the shower had great pressure. No bathroom fan to eliminate steam and the tub faucet leaked a little. We would definitely stay again. And…you can’t beat a welcoming warm cookie.
