The hotel is undergoing renovation. The hallways and outside seem to be mostly impacted at present. Our room was very clean. The Hotels.com price for pets did not match the hotels policy but the staff gave us the hotels.com price. Breakfast was OK but very limited in choices. Overall the stay was quiet, and we feel we got our money's worth.

Upon arrival I noticed first of all that the bed was not clean the sheets had human hair on them. I notified the staff and she immediately came and changed the linen. The bathroom could have been cleaned properly. It had not been swept or mopped there were stains on the floor. The commode looked as though it had not been cleaned ,especially behind the commode on the floor.☹️

This was an exceptionally clean room, the price was great, the room was over stocked with towels and such things. The pool area was sparkling and had restrooms accessible to swimmers. Breakfast was fresh and fully stocked continuously during breakfast hours. It is a full breakfast, not just preserved items. The price was great and the staff were very courteous. We will be staying again.

An older gentleman checked us in the first day - very kind & helpful. He gave good info, directions, & recommendations about the area as well as the hotel amenities & hours. He permitted us to check in 2-3 hrs early since the room I booked was already cleaned & I called right before arrival. The next evening, a younger woman was working the desk, but she wouldn't answer the phone when we tried 3x to let them know our reservation would be ending a night earlier than planned (for work). She was very talkative with a small crowd of all male visitors when my fiance went downstairs to get quarters for laundry & tell her our departure date had to be moved up by a full 24 hours. She wouldn't enter an updated departure time & told him that we may still be charged the entire 3 nights regardless. For the gentleman employee, I'd absolutely say 5 stars on everything. He checked us out & didn't charge us the pre-booked extra night! Bonus was being able to wash a few loads of laundry while temporarily stranded in Idabel. $2 each load in the washer, $1 each load in the dryer, FYI, & only quarters can be used to start them. Front desk has rolls of quarters so that's extremely convenient. For the other employee lady, I'd say 3 stars max. She wasn't overtly rude, but definitely wasn't hospitable or helpful. The place is under renovation so expect some mess. Room was larger than expected, very clean, same w/towels, sheets, etc. And lastely, very good price for everything we needed!

Room was clean and comfortable. The halls were a little odd with chunks out of the dry wall and things like that. Breakfast wasn’t very good. I had reserved a 2 queen beds room but got 1 king bed which was frustrating and apparently the queen rooms were sold out. The front desk did try to help with extra bedding to try to make the sofa bed sleepable
