Staff was friendly, but my room wasn’t clean it had dead roaches on the bathroom floor,the mattress had stain on it that smelt like bleach but look like blood on it,pillow cases had stuff on it I don’t know what exactly but the staff over all was pretty good.

The property is currently in the middle of a complete overhaul, remodel, ownership change, as well as a brand change. Checkin was simple and quick. The design of the room was very modern and comfortable. Cold ac and hot shower. Comfortable bed too. Decent wifi.

I have been trying to reach someone. We actually did not stay there we walked into our room and walked right out there was roaches everywhere.. we talked to the gentleman at the establishment who didn’t seem to know what he was doing. No help what so ever. Im still getting charged for a room I didn’t use. I have pictures if needed

The floor was covered in a disgusting amount of residue, the bed had some sort of mold and dead bugs, and the shower was covered in filth. Everything else was fine but this made it impossible to stay longer than a single night.

The building is under construction or partially shut down. We pulled in at 10:30 at night and by 11 we decided to cancel our stay. The room was absolutely infested with roaches and other bugs. We found two dead ones on the floor, another dead one in the fridge. Two live ones were walking around on the ground and we found another live one in one of the beds when we pulled back the sheets. Also the fridge was coated in a layer of mold inside, and bed sheets were stained and dirty. The front desk guy was understanding, he wasn’t surprised we cancelled and didn’t ask why, just told us to contact Expedia and that he would release the money back to them.

The AC unit was nasty on the inside full of roaches dirt and hair. The floor was not mopped at all so our feet were dirty. The bed sheets had stains and so did the pillows. We had to call Expedia to get moved to a new room because the hotel said they are booked up. Maybe about 10 cars outside. Expedia was able to get the hotel to provide a new room. The tub was disgusting. The microwave had food that someone left and its covered in mold. The maid there is lazy and horrible. Plus they had no fresh towels. Even the outside of the hotel is filthy.

Roach infested crack motel.

This place was a roach infested dump. As soon as we stepped in and turned on the light we counted 8 roaches that scattered. We demanded our money back which management refused. We left and found a better place to stay. We disputed the credit card charges and were granted a full refund. Stay there if you like roach infested crack motels.

This property needs to be closed down and rebuilt or condemned! First set of sheets on the bed had cigarette burn holes on them and stains requested new sheets that were not much better. Mattress was stained and full of cigarette holes for a non smoking room the bed said otherwise. All the towels had stains and were dirty. Roaches coming out of the phone ended up leaving early do not recommend staying here ever in life! Looking into getting my money back!

Avoid at costs in Lake Jackson Tx.

One of the worst rooms ive ever stayed in plaster falling off ceiling; not phone or bedside lamp working, horrible wifi-basically useless, tub corroded and rusty; room door warped w/ huge crack for bugs along bottom and side; moldy carpet smell, all metal in room rusted ( lamps even coffee maker;; cigarette burns in bedspread. Baddddd condition and better cheaper hotels in the area. Last stay in a Super 8.

Horrible Hotel And Scarred For Life!

The 1st room was literally filled with spiders n cobwebs. Tried to use their phone to call front desk it literally did not have a plugin. Called front desk on my cell they said they'd provide another room. The next room was full of mold where it was visible to the eye. Definitely a health Hazzard! We requested our money back!

Look elsewhere

In a non smoking room, there was burnt cigarette holes in the sheet and comforter. There was drool stains on the pillow cases. The bathroom floor was dirty from the last person who stayed there. The shower stays on when it’s turned off while filling the tub and the tub drain was broken. Lastly the curtains did not close all the way because they were torn down in the center. I slept with my pistol on the nightstand.
