I stay here every year for the same conference. I want to tell them how great they are, but I don't want anyone else finding out about this hotel! It's across the street from Beurs van Berlage and it couldn't be more convenient for me. I book the largest suite they have open and I love it. The staff is always soooo helpful with my packages arriving and holding on to my stuff. Minutes from Centraal station. I just love this place. They were remodeling the lobby when I left last time, so I'm excited to see it next year.

The staff at this hotel is excellent. They went out of their way to make up two rooms for us quickly, as we arrived early and were very tired from a long flight. The location is close to shopping and the train station. Would definitely stay again.

Barbara at the front desk was extremely thoughtful. We had our 5 month old son with us and she made sure we were able to use the elevator to our room, she was also able to get us in early after a long travel day all without being asked. It was above and beyond expectations. There is also a fancy coffee machine in the lobby that we were very greatful for. We would definitely recommend and will hopefully be back for a longer stay in the future.

chose the hotel based on a reservation for a "double comfort" room, but that’s not what we found. The staff was always friendly whenever I went to ask for something; however, I expected not to have to the reception for the basics—which, when I selected them during my reservation and confirmed them at the Guest Reception we're to be included, such as toilet paper, soap, and shampoo for the shower. They never cleaned the floor in the room; it was dirty from the day I arrived. However, I would recommend that the hotel improve its room cleaning service and ensure that guests receive what was agreed to be included. I can’t recommend them because I wouldn’t stay there again.
