I love staying at this hotel but so far every time ive stayed the deposit goes up!!!!! This time i was told the deposit was 250.00!!!!! The time before that it was only 10.00 and the other time it was 100.00!!!! Thats the only problem i have with this hotel! 250.00 for a deposit is RIDICULOUS! I TOLD HER I ONLY HAD A 150.00 SO SHE TOOK THAT BUT THATS CRAZY

Stayed here with my mom and sister just for the night but we wished it could be longer! Staff was very friendly and accommodating, breakfast was delicious, room and facilities were clean and location was super convenient! What more can you ask for?!

Property was not well maintained. Pool area was terribly dirty, as were the walls and some of the dishes in the room. Smelled of cigarette smoke and we were assigned to the wrong room. They did move us to the correct room type with no issues though. Staff was friendly.

The hotel is large and there are various amenities which we appreciated! The hotel is dated and it seems like they are trying to save money by being stingy with items. For instance, we only had two towels for our room that could accommodate four people, we had one spoon and one fork. There was no bedding for the pull out sofa until we asked and then we had to go and wait for the front desk to find some for us. A portion of molding just dropped off the bottom of the counter during our stay and there was a weird stain or growth in the bathtub that was gross. There was also no sponge to wash our one dish with although there was dishwashing liquid. Other than the weird spot in the tub the room was clean and comfortable.

Awesome hotel!

The room was excellent!! I loved the separate bedroom and living room. The bed was very comfortable and the room was quiet. I slept so well and have no complaints. I’m definitely staying here again!

The fact that the pool was not working and the whole reason we infect booked the suite kinda killed this stay right out the gate. By the time we were informed the pool was closed (no email / no txt, not until checking in) everywhere else was booked in the area. Felt kinda trapped with no where else to stay.

Lots of damage in the rooms when we checked in, worst of all being no safety lock on the door so anyone with a key to the door could come in at any point, and especially bad is that our four year old could open the door so I had trouble sleeping worried that she'd mistake the door and leave the room in the middle of the night. Was told that someone would fix it before we left but that never happened.

Weve stayed at numerous Staybridge Hotels and this one was by far NOT the most pleasant. The 1st room was so overpowered with floral spray or some sort of air freshner it was intoxicating. There was some sort of reddish brown stain /drops on the carpet near the restroom . When we went to the desk to switch rooms the gentlemen were very nice which is why i gave the higher star rating but we learned they allow pets to stay at the hotel which is beyond disturbing. Then our first breakfast experience included 2 random bums from outside that decided to help themselves to free breakfast, heat, and free tv. When we went to the desk to ask about them we were told "yeah they come in everyday". The one female bum was loading her pockets and bags up with all the food. Not quite sure why they would be allowed to make paying customers feel so uncomfortable and nothi g be done about it. Probably will not stay here again.

ND Game Weekend - Bummer

We spent a substantial nightly rate for 2 nights, and were very disappointed by the lack of service and responsiveness. They refused to give us extra towels when requested. They committed a rollaway bed but then told us it was not available. The room had a musty smell. Further, the gentleman at the front desk was rude to my wife. Just not a pleasant environment, especially considering the huge premium we paid for game weekend.
