Overall, my 6-day stay was good, and the room was clean. However, there were a few areas that could be improved. The biggest issue was the shower, which had almost no water pressure. Also, the pool was closed despite daytime temperatures reaching 91°F. I would recommend opening the pool on warmer days so guests can enjoy the amenities. The front desk staff member could have been more helpful. We originally booked a 6-night stay through Hotels.com, but before checking in, we asked if we could shorten our stay to 5 nights so we could be closer to the airport on our final night. She recommended checking in first and then contacting Hotels.com to modify the reservation. Unfortunately, once we had checked in, Hotels.com informed us that they could no longer make the change. Overall, the stay was good, but improving shower water pressure, making the pool available during warm weather, and providing more helpful guidance at the front desk would make the guest experience even better.
