Modern well decorated. Large room and bath room. Only had one rolling chair to sit in. Breakfast room needed more seating . Staff and guests need to push chairs in with use and after use. BIG Kudos to Ly at front desk. She located shop to find specific hearing aide equipment to save a two week trip from being a frustrating disaster.

The location of the hotel is great, and the rooms are nice. However, my room wasn’t ready until after 4 PM, which was a bit frustrating. The breakfast area was also very chaotic—overcrowded with more than 50 people at a time, and there was barely any space to sit or even stand. It really took away from the experience.
