The hotel is nice, great staff, great location. Beds were perfect for me, hated the pillows. The shag carpet was a little off-putting. Overall a great stay in comparison. I would stay there again.

Great location! The buffet wasn't worth the price in our opinion, but the room was adequate, the beds comfortable and the hotel overall was decent.

Located near the Augsburg Rathausplatz and within walking distance of the Augsburg HBhf. Rooms were spacious but had to be specifically requested for rooms with joined double beds vice two twin beds. Would stay here again because of location and price.

Room was huge and comfortable. Beds and pillows were not as comfortable as I’m used to in the United States, but we only stopped into the room to sleep and have after dinner wine. Enjoyed my stay.

Big rooms, but the beds are as stiff as rock. Nice service and the staff was friendly.

10/10 Exceptional

We had booked a family room for five people. The room was really spacious, clean, and above all, right. The beds were comfortable. We stayed for one night. Breakfast was good, with a wide selection of cereals, spreads, and toppings. The location is excellent – right on the edge of the pedestrian zone.

The hotel was conveniently located and the staff was pleasant. It looked like the building had been recently redecorated. However, the bathroom was extremely small.
