The staff were kind, professional, and always willing to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. The hotel was very clean throughout — from the lobby to the rooms. This hotel had a great free breakfast that included scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, waffles, bagels, muffins and yogurt. The rooms themselves were very clean and it was convenient to visit Gaylord Opryland as well as Rainforest Cafe in nearby mall. Staff was very pleasant.

It was a good stay, we stayed for the night from a trip going home. The hotel is clean and in a quite nice area. The room was tidy and clean although needs newer stuff and a little fix. I like it and it felt warm and homey and not creepy lol and this is only 4 mins to the Gaylord Opryland Hotel.
