My husband and I stayed 4nights. It was the best vacation we’ve had in years. Diane and Amari took very good care of us, even surprised us with an anniversary celebration surprise. Everyone there is very thoughtful. I would definitely recommend the lighthouse to anyone.

Hotel was clean, housekeeping attentive, breakfast excellent, easy beach access, only complaint is I requested a room away from the front of the hotel due to traffic noise and they put me in a room at the front of the hotel facing the road. I also asked when I was making reservations months in advance not to be put on the main floor. I was put in a room on the main floor anyway. At check in I asked them for another room. They would not give me another room. They actually gave me a room next to the check in desk, at the entrance , across from the dining room facing the main road. The staff was very nice! Other than they refused to give me another room.

The room was exceptionally clean, and the entire hotel was well-maintained. The location was perfect for our stay. The two ladies we met at the front desk were fantastic—both were friendly, professional, helpful, and had wonderful personalities. It was clear that they work very hard and genuinely care about their guests. The breakfast was adequate, although as a vegan, my options were somewhat limited. I enjoyed the fresh fruit and then visited a local coffee shop that offered several vegan choices. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this hotel to others!

The internet did not work in my hotel room; I had to stay in the hotel lobby in order to get internet. The rooms were nice and the breakfast was lovely. The big negative is the property management unilaterally changed my reservation without talking to or confirming with me. When I arrived on the first date of my reservation, they had booked the entire hotel and had no rooms available for me and told me to stay the first night of my reservation down the road at the Hampton Inn and Suites.
