Vacation time

When I was checking in, the person at desk was on phone whole time speaking in another language. There was no breakfast in the morning like advertised. They were all out.

The request of towels or linen was done when asked only and the towels or sheets was stained and holes. The sign of renovation was seen but this was no excuse for some of the services that was not given.

Clean is something the staff can know nothing about. A dirty towel was left behind the door of the bathroom also a dirty towel was hanging for someone to use in my bathroom. This is dirty and disgusting.

They refused my stay despite my booking for 2 nights and hung up on me twice in the middle of my sentence. Then threatened to call the cops on me when i showed up in person

Average at best. Beds were hard, blankets were thin, and didn’t have a cozy feeling. Hotel description said breakfast but there was none.

The exterior is not well maintained. Need pressure wash.Tree Branches on the ground. Pool is unusable, the water looks like a sewer. They don’t serve complimentary breakfast. The entrance area has giant rolls of carpet blocking the seating area. The hallways are very warm a smells like Indian food.

Room was no smoking but had an ashtray on the coffee table and smelled even worse. Stains all through the linens as well as burn holes all over. None of the laundry facilities worked properly. Wanted to charge me $5 just to dry four articles of clothing

If you must

It was a cheap one night road trip option. However it is not kept up very well. A/c vents covered in dust, faucet not properly installed, smoke alarm missing, no breakfast offered, in room coffee maker placed in bathroom next to toilet, Styrofoam cups not individually wrapped or protected, beds were hard, pillows flat, one bath towel provided for 3 guests, lights and alarm clock not plugged in and the room a/c had not been turned on so room was hot and stuffy until cooled.

The hotel was ok. The lady working the front desk had to call her son down so he could speak to me. Im assuming her English wasnt great. The room was comfortable. It was clean. The bathtub looked to be in poor condition. The hair dryer did not work in room 103, and when i asked if they had an extra, she told me no. I also asked if we could use the one next door since it was in the 30°f outside and my head was soaked, and she told me no. The son was friendly and nice, the lady... not so much!

Eh. Didn’t expect much- didn’t get much

Pay a discount price, get a discount experience. Luggage cart had 2 half-flat tires. Room was decently clean but no smoke detector. 😲 Desk clerk’s accent was so thick it was hard to understand him. Massive rolls of carpet were in the lobby, so it appears that they are about to undergo a much needed renovation. No breakfast provided. In the room, everything showed a LOT of wear. Rusty lamps, moldy seal on the mini fridge, rust on the top of the mini fridge, etc. No USB plugs at the nightstands, and one bedside lamp was missing its lightbulb. No tissue in the bathroom tissue holder.

Worst hotel ever

The hotel is old and nasty. The carpet was sticky and everything had stains. The sheets the covers even the curtains stains and holes in them. The bed was like sleeping on a stack of plywood. I paid for my room online going of the pictures and that will never happen again. I was charged for the room through hotels.com then charged again by super 8. I could keep typing but i will just say i do not recommend stopping here at all. Last but not least they had a laundry room the clerk told me the dryer was out but if i washed just bring my clothes to the front desk and he would dry them. After the 2.25$ wash i brought my clothes to the front desk just to hear him say it would be 5$ to dry. Say no more

Rude and creepy desk service. My keycard stopped working. When I went to get a new one at the front desk all the lights behind the desk were off. The lady was in the dark behind the desk land never said a word to me just stood up and stretched slowly like I disturbed her nap and she stared me down with a mean disturbing look on her face. She ripped the room key out of my hand and then slammed it down on the desktop and motioned for me to move along never saying a word. I felt uncomfortable and actually felt a little intimidated by her presence. When I called the next morning to inquire about staying another night she rudely said,”eighty-five dollar!!” She cut off every one of my questions with the same Answer 3 more times. Then she asked me for my room number and when I gave it to her she yelled “ninety five dollar!!” Then hung up the phone on me. As we were walking out of our room for checkout she was standing in the hallway with her hand out demanding my room key. I’ve never been more disappointed, angry and appalled at service at any other hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my entire life. Don’t even open their webpage. RUN!!!!

Over charged

We were driving across country and needed a place to stay. It was supposed to be $68.91 with a hold deposit of $50. The $50 is still pending but I was charged the $68.91 plus additional $50. A pool was advertise.online but when we got there it wasn’t open. We were told it was too hard to maintain.
