The staff was very kind and accommodating. I did not feel unsafe at any time while onsite. The place is not updated, old carpet, and my "non-smoking" room smelled smoky. The carpet was old. I found a bug on my pillow, not sure what it was...it may have been a small spider. I held the room for two days, but did not sleep there. I only used the place to shower. I was attending a 2 day festival nearby and drove home ((2 hours) each night to sleep in my own bed. The price was extremely inexpensive so byob of bug spray if you want to save money and need a quick place to shower or sleep.

Mediocre

Misleading pictures and reviews led me to believe I'd be staying in a picturesque little inn instead of a trucker layover that this place actually is. Dead flies on the carpet, an unseemly bathroom with the baseboard half-detached and looking rotten, an AC that was so loud it made sleeping almost impossible... Otherwise, the stuff was friendly, the bedding was fresh, and we haven't been mugged, so I guess three stars is warranted. Did I mention a midnight train that rushes within earshot?

Last resort option

This property is falling apart. The wood was rotten near the baseboards, the carpet looked like it hasnt seen a vacuum in weeks, there was only 1 outlet and the AC/Heater smelt god aweful!!! This would be a last resort stay, definitely not up to standards for us. The app wouldn't let me upload pics...

It looks like this property may have been purchased recently and is (hopefully) in the process of being updated. There is quite a bit of wear. Several of individual room doors have paint peeling off of them. It took a minute to figure what looked like a window air conditioner was actually a heater/air conditioner combo. We were unable to shut it off. There was a ticking sound we thought was the microwave but after unplugging it, the sound was still there. It also looked like the room had been painted recently as there was paint on the outlets, etc.
