Go Somewhere Else

Entire hotel, including my room, smelled like ashtrays and Middle-Eastern food. Room was not very clean, stains on the bedsheets. Rooms are noisy, but that's the case in a lot of hotels. Would not recommend.

NEVER AGAIN!!!!

Did not feel like anyone was going to check me in. The owner must've had a family reunion and was too busy with it to check us in.Room was supposed to be a non-smoking room, but someone had definitely been smoking in it. Did not want to go down and change rooms because checking in took too long so tolerated it, knowing it was only one night and never again. Area did not seem to be like a safe area. They had advertised free breakfast and there was nothing, Not even coffee. I definitely would not stay here again. Not worth the rate!!!

The TV did not work properly. It would randomly turn itself off, and on there were burning holes in the comforter. The continental breakfast was very limited and if you are not an early riser, you’re out of luck they do not restock it as they go once it’s gone it’s gone. The front desk guy is hard to understand but was very nice. I would only stay there again if there was literally nowhere else to stay. Next time I will pay more to stay somewhere else.

My stay

I had a nice peaceful stay it’s a very quiet hotel no people hanging out outside or anything one of the better hotels I’ve stayed in to be honest. Very clean I was surprised how clean it was . The only thing I didn’t really like was I had my Medical Alert Service Dog with me and he kept asking me for an ID for him which isn’t a thing those are fake and ordered online real service dogs legally don’t need paperwork. I just wish they would read the ADA Laws because that was stressful.

Was okay I guess. Got to our room and it smelled funny. Even my brothers who they upgraded side over booked and didn’t have a room for. But got up in the middle of the night age found 3 cockroaches when killed them. Not much I could do since I had 3 kids sleeping and I wasn’t waking them. Got up the kids wanted breakfast. Went down there they had waffles and cereal on a weekend. Was really disappointed. So we just went and ate somewhere else.

Could’ve been worse could’ve been better

Several things for Guy but mostly it was bad and check in the owner apparently wasn’t available so his kid was helping wasn’t familiar with the system. They were nice enough to let me have one more person without charging me an additional fee, which was amazing however when I asked for several sheets, toilet paper and towels due to having a colonoscopy the next day, I got one sheet several sets of towels and one roll of toilet paper and I had to ask many times and go to the desk just to get that one roll of toilet paper. There was no coffee pot in the room. The covers were like curtains on top of a blanket needs a whole lot of improvement. They were nice enough to let me check out a day early since I didn’t have a ride back after my procedure needs some major improvement if you ask me
