Great location, friendly staff

We had a great stay. The beds were amazing so comfy. Pillows surround your head. Sounds corny but we all had an amazing sleep. I found the continental breakfast had slim pickings but was good. We will return.

Room was clean but run down. Stains on the carpet, stains on the bed spread. Blanket was smaller than the bed, good thing it’s warm there. Price was really low.

10/10 Exceptional

Clean room, really comfortable bed, breakfast was simple and okay. Coffee was good. Really enjoyed walking around the wharf and Mr. Mike's is where to go for dinner.

6/10 Good

The price we paid for our overnight stay was very good, however, this hotel is old and while areas have been renovated, the hotel room was dark. Dark brown bedspreads covered the beds and the carpet was a dark brown. The hotel door squeaked. The room was clean. The breakfast included only one type of brown bread; more variation would be nice. The staff was very courteous.

Overall, it was a fine hotel for an overnight stop. The breakfast was toast, cereal, bananas, or yogurt. Easy check in and check out. Lots of parking available. Close to McDonald’s and a gas station with a nice variety of things available. Also close to a grocery store. The air conditioning worked well.

The rooms could sure do with someone checking on cleaning staff no cup to go with coffee machine only one face cloth and know shampoo the sink had no plug and couldn’t close window all the way so had road noise all night the price was really good so I guess you get what you pay for

Room smelled musty. Room was not very clean. Bed was fine but there was beetles in the room that we noticed in the morning.

8/10 Very good

Nothing extra to add. Place was good and clean. Friendly staff. Beyond that nothing extravagant. I would stay here again.

2/10 Poor

Horrible. The carpets are ghastly. The bed shook when the semis drove by. No eggs at breakfast. Thoroughly disappointed and unfortunately there are no other budget options in Salmon Arm. Don't stay here.

We overlooked the furniture stains and the wrinkled bed sheets. Then we had neighbours in an adjoining room that talked till 3am. We thought at first someone had fallen asleep with the tv on loudly. The staff were friendly and helpful.

10/10 Exceptional

The property is nice and clean but the a/c was on when we walked in and it was too cold there. And someone was drunk and too loud at 3 am in the morning. But I’d recommend this property

8/10 Very good

The breakfast only included cereals, bread with jam & butter, and yogurt. With coffee, tea and juice. In my experience this is below the minimum one might call breakfast. The staff were friendly and helpful.
